Sin embargo, cuando realizamos una evaluaci\u00f3n irracional y catastr\u00f3fica sobre lo que podr\u00eda suceder y nos centramos en el problema m\u00e1s que en la b\u00fasqueda de soluciones pr\u00e1cticas; nos generamos un sufrimiento y malestar significativos que afectan nuestra salud e interfieren en nuestra tranquilidad y en la realizaci\u00f3n de nuestras actividades diarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, explicaremos cu\u00e1les son las diferencias entre experimentar una preocupaci\u00f3n saludable y coherente con la situaci\u00f3n que estamos viviendo; y desarrollar un proceso de ansiedad que afecta de forma significativa nuestro bienestar integral:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ansiedad:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Ansiedad<\/td><td>Preocupaci\u00f3n Saludable<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Creemos que debemos tener certeza y control total de la situaci\u00f3n; cost\u00e1ndonos aceptar la incertidumbre inevitable de la vida.<\/td><td>Tenemos la voluntad de tolerar un riesgo e incertidumbre razonables.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Nos centramos en problemas m\u00e1s distantes y abstractos.<\/td><td>Nos centramos en problemas m\u00e1s inmediatos y realistas.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Hacemos un procesamiento exagerado de las amenazas potenciales en la situaci\u00f3n, con tendencia a catastrofizar.<\/td><td>Hacemos un procesamiento m\u00e1s amplio y equilibrado de los potenciales resultados positivos y negativos de la situaci\u00f3n.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Disponemos de escaso control real o influencia sobre la situaci\u00f3n.<\/td><td>Podemos ejercer cierto control real o influencia sobre la situaci\u00f3n.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Nos enfocamos m\u00e1s en la emoci\u00f3n negativa asociada con la situaci\u00f3n objeto de nuestra ansiedad.<\/td><td>Nos enfocamos en la resoluci\u00f3n de problemas de la situaci\u00f3n.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Creemos que no contamos con los recursos para hacer frente a lo temido.<\/td><td>Tenemos un mayor nivel de autoeficacia para hacer frente a lo temido.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Texto contribuido por Patricia Ord\u00f3\u00f1ez Le\u00f3n (Psic\u00f3loga psicoterapeuta)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Servicio Psicopedag\u00f3gico &#8211; UMA<\/strong>.
