Aunque la pandemia ya ha pasado, la necesidad persiste y las \u201collas comunes\u201d contin\u00faan siendo una alternativa para contribuir a garantizar el derecho a la alimentaci\u00f3n de los m\u00e1s necesitados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es as\u00ed que, motivados por la necesidad de capacitar en alimentaci\u00f3n saludable a las organizaciones de base, lo que les permitir\u00e1 mejorar el estado nutricional de los usuarios, surge el <strong>trabajo articulado entre el Colegio de Nutricionistas CRIII Lima Metropolitana y el Programa Acad\u00e9mico de Nutrici\u00f3n y Diet\u00e9tica de la Universidad Mar\u00eda Auxiliadora<\/strong>; contando con la participaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 30 voluntarios, estudiantes de dicho programa de estudio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/161.97.116.60\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/ollas-cnp3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27794\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Estudiantes voluntarios de la UMA, capacitando a las dirigentes de las ollas comunes.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El pasado s\u00e1bado 25 de febrero se dio inicio a la primera de una serie de capacitaciones; reuniendo en el sal\u00f3n de la Capilla de La Paz, a cerca de 50 dirigentes y miembros de estas organizaciones populares. En este lugar, los estudiantes de la UMA, a trav\u00e9s de din\u00e1micas y de manera l\u00fadica, compartieron sus conocimientos y sensibilizaron a los asistentes en la importancia de los Macronutrientes y el plato saludable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La actividad tambi\u00e9n cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de la Mag\u00edster Ana Magui\u00f1a Concha, Directora del Programa Acad\u00e9mico de Nutrici\u00f3n y Diet\u00e9tica de la Universidad Mar\u00eda Auxiliadora y la Licenciada Jessica Huam\u00e1n, Decana del Colegio de Nutricionistas del Per\u00fa \u2013 Regi\u00f3n Lima Metropolitana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/161.97.116.60\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/ollas-cnp1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27792\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Voluntarios de la Escuela de Nutrici\u00f3n y Diet\u00e9tica de la UMA y dirigentes de las \u00abollas comunes\u00bb que participaron de la capacitaci\u00f3n<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La capacitaci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 en el Marco del Convenio Interinstitucional entre ambas instituciones.
